Question: I got married 7 yrs ago and have two children. in our nikahnama he has given me the right of divorce (talaaq ka haq tafweez kiya)when we got married my husband told me he had alcoholic drinks a few times a few yrs ago i told him if he drinks again our talaaq will happen.he agreed to it. i just came to know he had drinks about 2 yrs ago when he was traveling abroad. my question is - are we divorced? is it counted as one divorce? -what if he had drank more than once? would it count as one divorce each in case he drank thrice? -what does it mean to have the right of divorce? -is the period of these 2 yrs we have been living as husband wife was living in sin? -is there a way of reconciliation or kuffara?

Question: Assalam-O-Alykum Due to some family disputes, I wrote a "Talaq-e-Salasa" and some standard wording of Divorce on a Stamp Paper and sent it to the Union Council and to My Wife. However, after a month or so, I realized that I should take my wife back by reconciliation. But all my efforts failed. After expiry of four months, she along with her Lawyer, presented in the Civil Court and presented there the Divorce Paper and claimed that She has been Divorced and the Judge accepted too. My Question is, Whether she is really divorced as I never uttered the Words of Talaq in Arabic from My mouth in the presence of Two Just Persons and 12 days before writing divorce,we had intercourse too. My Question is whether she is still my wife and how divorce can be challanged in the court. Regards
