Question: Dear Maulana We did nikkah in Dec, 2008. Due to unavoidable reasons, we had to separate and divorced in March 2009. (No rukhsati took place during the era) During that three months, we did intercourse. a. Now after divorce, what is the period of iddat b. if during iddat, both husband and wife start talking each other, will it count Roojo and nikkah reinstated (both husband and wife are in contact even that divorce) c. Is there any need of nikkah again, if both contact each other with in Idda period. d. If girls father forced her to do nikkah with another guy, who wud be responsible for sin of Nikkah on Nikkah. e. What is the Islamic responsibility of both girl and boy. Whether they should disclose it to their family I know your time is too much precious, but if you provide detail answer, I would really appreciate. This way, both family may get united and all allegation and miscommunication can get rid of. Thanks
