Question: Maine kassam khaye the k mai ye kaam chodo ga agar nahii choda to mere dost ko mujhe sai door karna aur tauba kiya tha but touaba aur kasam toot gaye abh mai kya karoo Koi rasta hai bachne ka k Allah maaf kare aur dost ko bhi mere pass rakhe

Answer: Jab koi shakhs qasam ki tamam sharait ke sath qasam khaye keh falan kaam anjaam de gaa ya tark kare gaa maslan qasam khaye keh roza rakhe gaa ya tambakoo ko istemaal nahin kare gaa to agar baad mein jaan bhoojh kar us qasam ke khilaaf amal kare to woh gunahgar hai aur zarori hai keh kaffara de. Qasam ki chand shartein hain: 1. Qasam khane wala balig or aaqil ho or apne irade aur ikhtiyar se qasam khaye, 2. Qasam khane wala Jis kam ki qasam khai jaye zaroori hai ke wo haram or makrooh na ho, 3. Qasam khane wala Qasam men Allah ka aysa naam le jo kisi or ke liye istemal na hota ho, 4. Qasam khane wala Qasam ke alfaz zaban per laye, 5. Us qasam per amal karna mumkin ho. lihaza Agar qasam ke waqt ye tamam sharait maujood hon aur qasam khaye jaye to us qasam pe amal karna zaroori hai. agar baad mein jaan bhoojh kar us qasam ke khilaaf amal kare to woh gunahgar hai aur zaroori hai keh kaffara de, yani das (10) faqeeron ko pait bhar kar khaana khilaye ya unhein libaas pehnaaye aur agar in amaal ko baja na la sakta ho to zaroori hai keh teen(3) din musalsal roze rakhe. Aur Agar in tamam sharait men se koi aik bhi shart maujood na ho to ye qasam durust nahin hogi aur na hi kaffara wajib hoga. Question: Apne ghar walon ka maan or bharosa qaim rakhne k liye quran par hath rakh k jhoot bol dia ho magar dil mai aisa irada or niyat na ho dil mai Allah se aisa kam karne ki mafi mang rahy hon tou Allah maaf kar deta hai? Kafara kia hoga?

Answer: Quran ki jhooti qasam khana jaiz nahin hai, laikin is jhooti qasam khane ki wajah se kafara wajib nahin hoga. albatta jo jhoot bola hai us ka gunah zaroor milay ga lehaza tauba karna laazmi hai. Question: اسلام علیکم! اگر قسم کہتے ہوئے بس یہی کہا ہو کہ میں قسم کھاتا ہوں اور کسی کا نام نہ لیا ہو تو کیا قسم ہو جائے گی۔ اور کیا قسم کھاتے وقت اللہ پاک کا نام لینا ضروری ہوتا ہے۔

Question: تھانہ کچہری میں کسی گناہ گار کو بے گناہ کرنے کے لیے جھوٹا قرآن اٹھانا جھوٹی قسم دینا کتنا غلط ہے اور اس کی سزا کیا ہے

Answer: 1: Jhoot bolna hi gunah e kabira hai aur is me agar kisi aisi cheez ki jhooti qasam khayei jaye jis ki azmat buland o baalaa ho jaise ke Allah, Rasool(s.a.w.w), Aimma(a.s), ya Quran ke jis ki agar jhooti qasam khayei jaye to is me shiddat aur barh jati hai. 2: Hazrat Imam Mohammad Baqir(a.s) farmatay hain ke Hazrat Imam Ali Ibn Abi Taalib(a.s) ki kitaab mein hai ke teen khaslatien aisi hain, jinhen anjaam dainay wala jab tak bura nateeja nah dekh le ga, nahin mare ga, woh zulm, qata reham aur jhooti qisam hai ke jiske zariye yeh khuda se jung karta hai. 3: Khudawand e Mutaal farmata hai: jhooti qasmain khanay walay ko meri rehmat naseeb nah hogi aur qayamat walay din zaani ko meri qurbat naseeb nah hogi. 3: Kabira gunah se muraad ye hai: baaz mufassreen ne un gunaahon ko kabira qarar diya hai jin par quran Majeed mein azaab e ellahi ka wada kiya gaya hai. Isi tarah baaz hazraat ka yeh kehna hai ke gunah e kabira woh gunah hai jis ke irtikaab karne walay par ”had e sharaei“ jari hoti hai. lekin sab se behtar yeh hai ke hum yun kahen ke baaz gunah ko Kabira kehna khud is ke azeem honay par Dalalat karta hai, lehaza jis gunah mein darj zail sharait mein se koi aik shart payei jaye to woh gunah kabira hai: 1. Jin gunaahon par azaab e ellahi ka wada kiya gaya hai. 2. Jin gunaahon ko quran o sunnat mein aham qarar diya gaya hai. 3. Jin gunaaho kon sharaei manaabe mein gunah kabira se bhi azeem qarar diya gaya hai. 4. Jin gunaahon ke baray mein muatabar riwayaat mein kabira honay ki wazahat ki gayei hai. Question: Agar mere se koi gunnah ho gaya ho lakin Ab apna rishta bachane k liye mère shohar Mujhe kahein k Quran ki kasam kha k kaho k aysa kuch nahi hua to kya main Ye kasam kha sakti hoon apna rishta Aur izat bachane k liye ?

Is mai koi faraq nahin ke jhoot mazaq me bola jaye ya sanjeedgi men. 2: Jhoot bolna faqat do maqamaat par jaaiz hai: 1) Apni ya momineen ki jaan bachane ke liye. 2) Do logon men islah karane ke liye. 3: Agar tauriyah kiya jaye to koi haraj nahin hai. tauriyah yani alfaaz ke zaaheri mafhoom ko chhor kar dosray matlab ki niyat karey maslan agar koi zaalim kisi ko aziyat dena chahe aur kisi dosray shakhs se pooche ke kiya tum ne fullan shakhs ko dekha hai?
