Qasam khane wala jis kam ki qasam khaye, zaroori hai ke wo haram or makrooh na ho. lehaza haram ya makrooh kam ki qasam khana durust nahin. 3. Qasam khane wala Qasam men Allah ka aysa naam le jo kisi aur ke liye istemal na hota ho, lihaza quran ki qasam khana durust nahin. 4. Qasam khane wala Qasam ke alfaaz zaban par laye. lehaza agar qasam ke alfaaz zaban par na laye aur dil hi dil me qasam khaye to ye qasam durust nahin. 5. Us qasam par amal karna mumkin ho. lehaza agar aisi qasam khaye ke jis par amal karna mumkin hi na ho to wo qasam durust nahin.
