Answer: Aurat k lye pheshaab k baad istabra nahe hai. Pas agar koe ratobat kharij ho aur shak ho k ye pheshab hai k nahi to wo ratubat paak ho gi aur us ka wuzu aur ghusl bhi batil nahi kare gi . Question: Ghusal ka tareeqa btain.

Answer: Tertibi ghusal me ehtiyate lazim ki bi per ghusal ki niyat k baad phele pura sar o gardan aur baad me badan dhona zarori hai. 2) Agar koi shakhs badan ko sar se phele dho le to is k lye ghusl ka ieada (repeat) karna zarori nahe hai balke agar badan ko dobarah dho le to is ka ghusal sahe hai . Answer: Dua perhna waajib nahe hai aur Tertibi ghusl me ehtiyate lazim ki bi per ghusl ki niyat k baad phele pura sar o gardan aur baad me badan dhona zarori hai. kaan aur naak k anduroni hisso ka aur har us chease ka dhona jo batin shumar hote ho wajib nahe hai. Question: Please explain me that method of Gusal e Janabat after intercourse for both husband and wife.

Answer: 1) Ghusl for Janabat is obligatory for offering thedaily prayers and other similar acts of worship. 2) There are two methods of performing Ghusls, bothWajib and Mustahab. 1)Tartibi (Sequential) 2)Irtimasi (By submerging the whole body). 1)Tartibi (Sequential) In this method, a person should first make a niyyat for Ghusl. Thereafter one should first wash one’s head and neck, and thereafter the remaining parts of one’s body. It is better that one washes the right part of the body first and then the left part. 2) Irtimasi (By submerging the whole body). Ghusl by way of Irtimasi is either carried out instantly or gradually. If the Ghusl of Irtimasi is to be done at one instance, then water must reach all parts of the body at one time. However, it is not necessary that the whole body be submerged in water from the very beginning of Ghusl. If a part of the body is outside, and is later submerged with the niyyat of Ghusl, it will be deemed in order. If one wishes to perform Irtimasi Ghusl gradually, then it is necessary that the whole body is out of water before Ghusl commences. Answer: Ghusl kernay k 3 tareeqay hain. i) Tertibi(sequence) ii) Irtimasi tadrijee(gradual immersion bath). iii)daf’ee(Immediat immersion bath). Ghusl e tertibi ka tariqah ye hay:- sab say pehlay ghusl ki niyat say sar(Head) or gardan(Neck) ko mukammal dhoya jaay,or is k baad poray badan ko aik saath dhoya jaay.or behtar ye hay k badan ko do hisso main dhoya jaay pehlay badan ka seedah hissa or baad main ulta hissa.ghusl main naak or moonh main paani daalna wajib nahi hay.ghusl main jism k tamaam hisso tak paani pohan chaana wajib hay ,or agar ghusl k baad yaqeen ho k sar ya garden ka koe hissa khushk hay tu sar ya garden ki sirif osi jagah ko ghusl ki niyat say dhoo ker badan k dono hisso ko dobah say ghusl dain. or agar badan ka koe hissa khushk hay tu ghusl ki niyat say sirif osi hissay ko dhoo lain. Answer: 1-jins e mukhalif se dosti kerna jaiz nahi Q k ghuna me mubtila hone ka khof majood he. ( kitab nigah aur libas ques # 106 , pg # 69). 2-Jo ratubat insan shehwat angaiz tasawarat k waqt insan apni sharamgah mai mehsoos karta hai wo pak hai aur is sai ghusl bhi wajib nahi hota hai. Question: i just want to knw kya janabat ka aur haze ka gusl ek saat kr sakte hain ya ek hi din alag alga gusl kr skte hai

Answer: Jis shaks per kae(many) ghusl wajib hoon wo in sab ki niyat ker k aik ghusl ker sakta hay or zahir ye hay k agar in main se kisi aik makhsoos ghusl ki niyat karay tu wo baqi ghuslo k liay kafi hay.(Ref:A.Sistani(d.b),Tauzee hul masa,il, maslah# 387). Note: is fatway se 3 baatain wazeh ho rahi hain k 1-aap ghusl e janabat or ghusl e haiz dono ki niyat ker k aik hi ghusl ker sakti hain. 2-aap ki merzi hay k ghusl e haiz ki niyat ker k ghusl haiz karain or phir ghusl janabat ki niyat ker k ghusl e janabat Karain. 3-aap kisi aik ghusl ki niyat ker lain tu bhi aap k baqi ghusl ada hojain gay. Maslan aap per ghusl e janabat or ghusl e haiz wajib hay tu aap agar ghusl e janabat niyat se ghusl ker lain tu phir aap per wajib nahi k ghusl e haiz bhi karain. Question: ghusl ki niyyat batae

Answer: Ghusl ki niyat dil se guzaarna ya maslan zabaan se ye kehna k main ghusl kerta hoon “qurbatan ilal laah” {قربۃ الی اللہ} zarori nahi hay. Balkeh agar aik shaks ghusl k tamaam af,aal (kaam) Allah k hukum per amal kerne k liay baja laay tu kaafi hay. (Ref:A.Sistani(d.b),Tauzee hul masa,il, maslah# 281+379). Answer: Jis shaks ne ghusl e janabat kia ho zarori hay k namaz k liay wuzu nah karay.balkeh ghusl e istihazah e mutwasitah k siwa tamaam wajib or mustahab ghuslo k baad bhi namaz perh sakta hay.agarchah ehtiyaat e mustahab ye hay k wuzu bhi karay.
