Answer: 1: Agar namaz waqt dakhil hone se pehle parh li jaye to namaz batil hai aur waqt dakhil hone ke bad dobara namaz parhan zaroori hai. Answer: Namaz to har surat me parhna wajib hai lekin maslah sirf ye hai ke safar ke dauran namaz, qasar kar ke parhni hai ya poori parhni hai. Lihaza agar wo sheher aap ka watan hai phir to aap ke liye namaz poori parhna zaroori hai. Bil farz agar wo sheher aap ka watan na bhi ho phir agar insaan jis jagah 10 din rehne ka irada kare to zaroori hai ke wahan poori namaz parhay. Answer: Agar kisi ko chaar rakati namaz ki rakaton ki tadaad ke baare mein shak ho to zaroori hai ke fauran gaur o fikr kare aur agar yaqeen ya gumaan, shak ki kisi aik taraf ho jaye to usi ko ikhteyaar kare aur namaz ko tamaam kare warna un ahkaam ke mutabiq amal kare jo zail mein bataye ja rahe hain. 1. Agar kisi ko dusre sajde ke dauran shak ho ke chaar rakatein parhi hain ya paanch to ye samjhe ke chaar rakatein parhi hain aur is buniyaad par namaz ko tamaam kare aur namaz ke bad do sajde sahw baja laye. 2. Agar qayaam ke dauran kisi ko chaar rakaton aur paanch rakaton ke baare mein shak ho jaye to zaroori hai ke beth jaye aur tashahhud aur namaz ka salam parhe aur aik rakat namaz e ehteyaat kharhe ho kar ya do rakat beth kar parhe. Answer: Agar wo kaafir, but parast aur mushrik ho to us ke gheele haath lagne ki wajah se libas najis ho gaya hai aur is me namaz nahin hogi, aur agar us libas ko pak kar liya jaye to usi libas me namaz parh sakte hain. lekin agar wo shakhs kaafir e kitabi (yahoodi, christens, majoosi) ho to us ke gheele haath lagne ki wajah se libas najis nahin hoga aur usi libas me namaz parh sakte hain aur namaz sahi hogi.
