Answer: Baaz islami riwayaat mein aaya hai ke madinay ke musalmanon ne Paighambar(s.a.w.w) ki hijrat se pehlay baaham mil kar baat ki aur kaha ke yahodi hafta mein aik din (Hafta/Saturday) ijtima karte hain aur eisaei bhi ijtimai ke liye (itwaar/sonday ka) aik din rakhtay hain. lehaza hum bhi aik din muqarrar kar letay hain taakay is mein jama ho kar zikar khuda karen aur us ka shukar baja layein. unhon ne hafta se pehlay ka din ke jisay us zamane mein "yaum al-urooba" kehte thay, is maqsad ke liye muntakhab kiya aur (buzurgan e madina mein se aik shakhs ) Asad bin zurara(اسعد بن زرارہ) ke paas gaye. is ne un ke sath mil kar jamaat ki soorat mein namaz ada ki aur unhen waaz-o-naseehat ki. pas wohi din" roz-e- jumma" ke naam se mosoom ho gaya Q ke wo musalmanon ke ijtima ka din tha. "Asad اسعد" ke hukum par aik ghosfand ziba kiya gaya aur sab ne dopeher aur shaam ka khana isi ghosfand se khaya, Q ke us waqt musalmanon ki tadaad buhut thori thi. yeh pehla jumma tha jo islam mein parha gaya. lekin wo pehla jumma jo Hazrat Rasool(s.a.w.w) ne apne ashaab ke sath parha woh is waqt parha gaya jab aap ne madina ki taraf hijrat farmaei. jab aap madina mein warid hue to us din peer(monday) ka din 12 Rabiey al-awwal aur zuhar ka waqt tha, Hazrat chaar din tak "qaba" mein rahay aur masjid qaba ki buniyad rakhi, phir jumma ke din madina ki taraf rawana hue (qaba aur madina ke darmiyan faasla buhut hi kam hai aur mojooda waqt mein qaba madina ka aik dakhli muhallah hai) aur namaz-e-jumma ke waqt aap muhallah "bani saalim" mein puhnche, wahan namaz-e jumma ada farmaei aur yeh islam mein pehla jumma tha jo Hazrat Rasool Khuda(s.a.w.w) ne ada kiya, jummay ki is namaz mein aap ne khutba bhi parha, jo madina mein Anhazrat(s.a.w.w) ka pehla khutba tha. Aik muhaddis ne "Abd-ul-Rahman bin kab (عبدالرحمن بن کعب)" se naqal kiya hai ke mera baap jab jummay ki azaan ki aawaz sunta to Asad bin zurara ke liye rehmat ki dua kiya karta tha, jab mein ne is ki wajah poochi to us ne kaha: is ki wajah yeh hai ke wo pehla shakhs tha jis ne hamaray sath namaz jumma ada ki, mein ne kaha: us waqt kitne afraad haazir thay? is ne kaha: sirf chalees nafar. Answer: Jumay ki namaz ke sahi hone ki chand sharaait hain: in me se aik shart ye hai jumay ki do namazon ke darmiyaan aik farsakh se kam faasla na ho. pas jab jumah ki namaz aik farsakh se kam faasle par qaayem ho aur do namazein aik hi waqt parhi jaayen to dono baatil hongi aur agar aik namaz ko dusri par sabqat haasil ho chahe wo takbeeratul ehraam ki had tak hi q na ho to wo (namaz jise sabqat haasil ho) sahi hogi aur dusri baatil hogi. lekin agar namaz ke baad pata chale ke aik farsakh se kam faasle par jummah ki aik aur namaz us namaz se pehle ya us ke sath sath qaayem huei thi to zuhur ki namaz baja laana waajib nahin hogi. Jummay ki namaz ka qaayem karna mazqoorah faasle ke andar jummay ki dusri namaz qaayem karne mein us waqt maaane (rukawat) hota hai jab wo namaz khud sahi aur jaame-us-sharait ho aur agar aisa na ho to phir yeh jaamaait maaane nahin hoti.
